Or if you do make your traditional Bibiki Bay party with 4 melee, a healer, and a support, you're not gonna be doing Apex.

Why not? Haste cap and attack buffs will allow good melee to destroy apex.

All week I have been inviting bards, and all the DDs you listed to my CP parties. On your server, even.

To complete this question, here are the previous return campaign I searched (some dates arent precise as SE overwrite the wcb page with current one):

September/2014 (not usre the date).
November/2014 (not sure the date)
May 15 to May 25/2015
August 11 to August 24/2015
November 13 to November 24/2015
May 13 to May 23/2016

So, maybe around August or September we will get more 10 free days to play.

I was able to find a bit more info by looking up old zam threads. The start date of the November 2014 one was the same as another campaign which said that its end date was different from the RtV campaign, but I couldn't find the specific end date. Even archive.org didn't have that version.

I couldn't find any in 2012, so December 2013 was probably the first one.

So it looks like they are tending toward May, August or September, and November or December, with them lasting for about 10 days.

And while PUP may or may not get invited to CP parties (PUP is often left out of the lists of jobs that get left out of stuff), I was able to trust-solo Apex Efts (no aggro!) with augmented Ohtas and Shiromochi while mostly AFK (Amchuchu tanked well enough that I could just let Kenbishi punch), about 7 mins each so no chains. I could kill them faster with my Kenkonken when I had accuracy buffs, but the stupid trusts preferred giving out attack buffs.

I also tried an Apex Eft on WHM with the same trusts, just for the lulz. I think it took about an hour, so I had to use sushi twice.
