There is only 2 reasons to buy clears
1st is To unlock vorseals
2nd to get clears for aeonic quest

No u can't buy drops from npc once u get win. You have to get that drop to drop.

I'm genuinely curious, out of every single merc trolls out there, who actually run around hand out freebie gears all day and everyday, while being a decent and respectful individual? Half of them seems to troll and start drama all day while not doing anything, the other half hands out free gears and think that give them right to talk ***about others....something opposite of "decent individual".
Guess my definition of decent person is different from everyone else because I value attitude more than handing out freebie.
