I double-checked everything I could. Payment methods are in order, there's plenty of money on my card, I can get into my management system just fine but when I try to play FF11 in POL I get a message saying I have no content ID.
And sure enough in POL it says I have content ID; but I played the game just fine yesterday.
Part from badgering calling SE, do you guys have any other suggestions for things that I may have overlooked?

Also, apparently there's no mention about this particular problem on the official forums. A bunch of other log-in issues, but I can't even get to that step...

Make sure on the account management that your characters name in option list show active is really the only thing I can think of. If you use windower then try login through POL normally and see if that has any difference.

I select FF11 and then that screen pops up.
Also, when I check the payment history it shows all the months of this year but there is no information.

I could make a screenprint but I'm not sure if that would help any.

what does it say exactly there? yeah screenshot cant hurt.

Now it gives me the option to reactivate...? I never cancelled anything...

It is a billing error, no need to freak out. They send an email when it happens. Reactivate and you are set.

Also when your CC expires from being out of date, it will do the same thing. It happened to me and found out on ffxi before the bank issued a new one. Example if your CC had 03/16

Pay with Paypal if you have an account and it'll go through with no issues. SE's billing system with credit cards has been hit or miss with me for the past few years.
