Key Binding Issue

Hi
returning player here,used to play for years.
had a 3 year break,i've just installed the game,got the graphics how i like them,everything is sorted,the only issue i'm having now is that i have the controller working but every time i set a button up,once i log in the button moves to another position on the controller,example:i like macros on the shoulder buttons,i set them,then when i log in and use the controller the macros are working when you press the analog stick.

this is happening with all the buttons,no matter how i set the buttons in the config,once in game they all move to different locations if you get me.anyone had this before?
