What To Do If You're Stuck On RoV!

My mule is stucked on "Ganged up" in tha but! Cant figure out why:/

What else that is completed:

Nation: Bastok rank 10.
Zilart: Awakening.
Promathia: Dawn.
Aht Urhgan: Eternal Mercenary.
Wings of the Goddess: Lest we forget + Champion of the Dawn and The Dawn Also Rises.
Adoulin: Budding Prospects.

Ganged up is flaged, but i dont remember if i got the cs from the maw or w/e. Anyway i have tryed to thouch and zone all araound in vana'diel, nothing happens! >.<
