I've noticed that when other people play their target will pulse with a bright to dim effect when they are targeted. I'd like to know how to turn this on to key chests in abyssea easier if anyone knows.

Are you using Windower? The dynamic lighting may be affecting this. I usually have to press F11 and it corrects it for me.
