Not sure about cap on weekends, but the population typically hovers between 700 and 1.3k.
Never seen over 2k, so 3k is pretty much no chance. But we're usually over 1k every night.

No, this is not true anymore. Normally about 800-1,000 a night, weekends little more but it has been years since 3k people on game.
