I purchased a transfer pass a couple hours ago but my character is still stuck on the same server. When I check on the website, it's saying the transfer was complete but clearly it isn't. I was logged off at the time when I bought the pass. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, it happens when you try to log in too fast after transferring. Contact a GM in game and they'll reboot the process.

I had this happen a while back. The GM was really helpful and even came and did an in-character transfer ritual to send my character to "another dimension".
