Probably its a jp player, so probably he shouldnt browse too much in ffxiah.
Its not uncommon that those jp ls leaders to constantly farm the newest event with their ls and place the goods in a mule to split after.
It can also be rmts though rmts takes a bit of time before trying newest content.

I remember there was a mule on Carbuncle that was always in Selbina. He was there for years and never moved. I wonder if he is still there?
I remember one that used to park in Northen Sandoria mog house exit. I believe he stayed there for months, always selling some junk i dont recognize, some of those random items that have no use nowaday.
I cant help but think it was just a waste of account, selling same low cost junk for month. I always wondered if he was some player that passed away while playing and left his char forever logged, but as there are always maintenance, i guess that dude was just interested in wasting his subscription.

Before Seraph merged into Bismark, all the bazaars were in Batallia Downs.
Its like a galka on sylph named Shirly? It just stands in lower jeuno at the AH selling the same 2 items. Its costume never changeys and it always logs on after maint...its so perplexing lol. Its ALWAYS there...

On Phoenix there was this flower saleswoman sitting at the stairs in front of the Mog House in Bastok Markets. I think her name was Tearnoteyoko. She sold flowers and flowerpots for years, without moving or ever logging.
I was really sad when suddenly she wasn't there anymore. :( I would pass her all the time since I joined the game, her presence was a part of the game for me. Anyone remember her?
EDIT: Jouou was in Bastok Markets too. She sold pies and mithkabobs!!

On Ragnarok there has been a female tarutaru that sells fireworks in Southern San d'Oria for as long as I can remember, I used to buy fireworks from them when I was pretty young.
