Returning old school player. A friend of mine move over to yall's server. Worth transferring as far as activity?

I was there for awhile. I didn't really like it because nobody really talked to me, there's also a large Japanese player base there.

I'm from Odin and as stated, it does have a large japanese population. I moved because my character stagnated for a long time due to my play times. Unless you can either speak japanese or get into one of the well established linkshells, it will be difficult to get anything worthwhile done.

I moved to Shiva and linked up with a group that runs closer to my times last year and the stagnation I was stuck behind disappeared instantly.
