Delivery NPC Crash, Any Suggestions?

I've been having this issue for months now, I'm entirely unable to send on my main character. I'm able to retrieve items with no problem and am able to send on mules, but as soon as I hit "Send" or talk to a delivery NPC, POL crashes hard.

Here's what I've done -
1) No third-party apps including windower
2) File repair
3) Full reinstall, doing nothing other than logging in in 640x480 glory and attempting to send.

Soon as I click on NPC, boom, POL crash.

I honestly don't know what to do at this point, any advice?

You have corrupted data on your character.

Log into your character (the one having the problem) and call a GM explaining that when you try to open the inbox the game client crashes and quits.

Edit: Just to make sure you understand what I mean, the data I am referring to is stored on the game server so only the GM can help you out with it.

Giving that a whirl. I've been supposedly queuing for a GM for 2+ hours now. Is that typical nowadays?
