Anyone have a link to info on how to obtain access to 2nd floor and storage? Seems I'm overlooking it in my search.

You have to have done the 3 nation mog exit quests, that's the only requirement.

Talk to your moogle in your home nation mog house, he should mention the 2nd floor, then zone out and back in and I believe you should have the 2nd floor.
