It's their attempt at shaming you by insinuating or straw-manning an argument. You say X, they then shame you for saying Y and how bad a person you are because you said Y and that you should do what they say otherwise they'll insult you and make you feel bad for saying Y. The original argument or point is never addressed and you spend time and energy defending their assertion of Y, which just serves to validate them. It's best to just ignore anyone who attempts that tactic as they are beneath you and not worth communicating with.

I've been trying to figure out for a while. I'm pretty sure it's the latter, but because of the way he is fervent to such a degree that he becomes a satire of himself, I can't be 100% positive.
Saev, meanwhile, simply sounds like a Neo Nazi recruiting, preying on the fears of those with insecurities. Except in place of blacks and Jews, it's women, and in place of a head shaved to look phallic, he's waving his actual genitals.
