When running, everyone says first 30 mins doesnt count to fat burning, its like a body warming.

Is that true or lie?

What do you use to track your macros? Are these calculators reliable for someone who is really out of shape?

Is it true when we get old we accumulate fat more easily?

I was a thin person since 2 years ago, then last year i admitelly exagerate with too much fat food and reduced exercises due to too much playing. But since the end of last year ive been back to daily exercises (running about 5x a week plus football at sunday) and lot less fat than before, but still my body stagnated. For months i dont gain or loss fat, even with a dedicated routine of exercises. Kinda disapointing as in the past i could keep myself thin with same exercises but a lot more food and coke. Wondering if from now on i will need to keep eating less and less or exercising even more just to keep my current weight.

I have a chart I adjust weekly. Calculators are overrated. Listen to your body it will tell you what it wants. Plus everyone is just to different on how the use there food.

Weight gain and weight loss is real simple. Calories and out. You take in more than you need your gaining weight. Use more than you need, you are going to loss weight. Driunk your beer bro, but maybe go for walk afterwards. You would be suprised that your weiught gain will hault.

Now that I walk a lot in Belgrade to get everywhere, I tend to walk off those beer calories quite nicely. I'm almost down to 200lbs, my ideal weight.

Here's my question though, don't know if you're familiar with the latest diet trends, but there's a new thing going around that states eating low fat or no fat food is actually unhealthy. Any thoughts on this?

I think they cite inflammation as the cause for weight gain. Not 100% sure of that though.

You need some fat. It helps with your immune system joints, and is part of some of the building block for hormones your body makes.

Lipids are important for a variety of bodily functions. As far as nutrition goes, you shouldn't exclude any basic food group. Eat a diverse, low-fat, low-sugar diet and with everything, the key is moderation.

Mono and poly unsaturated fats are the 'good' ones right? Or do you need a little saturated as well?

I think they proved trans fats did no good.

I've found eating 100grams of sunflower seeds a day to be the best of getting good fats and fiber.

The last few week's before a show or shoot I get real lean. But without the fat and water I feel tired and weak. Its the hardest part about competing. It is not the state your body should be in nsturally.

Saturated vs Unsaturated is whether they're solid at room temperature. Unsaturated fats are generally better for you (lowering blood cholesterol), but all fats are contain 9 calories per gram. For reference, both protein and carbs are 4 calories per gram.

The ADA and FDA recommend no more than 30% of your total calories from fat and no more than 10% of total fat intake be saturated.

Yeah I get them unsalted. I've been on a little to zero salt intake for almost a year now.

Lupids help some. Vitamin E helps also. But if it real bad surgery is the only option. Knew a guy who went from 650 to 220. Took multiple surgeries.

I heard that vitamin D, or at least making sure you get enough, helps with weight loss as well.
