sorry if this has been asked before. I'm not sure if it's my computer, or if the website is broken. Is there a reason why the front banner hasn't updated in a long time?

If you're talking about the POL news updates, I'll second your observation.

Do you mean the banner(our logo/homepage link at the top of every page) or do you mean the RSS feed on the main page?

If the latter, often times something happens in the coding and the RSS feed simply refuses to update on our end even though it obviously has changes.
This being the case, Scragg has fixed it before but it seems to be happening more and more often and Scragg is obviously a busy man.

The RSS feed has been stuck for some time now, this was last bumped a few days ago:

It's broken. The Admin has the fix it but he's busy with other things right now.
