Of the craftable items he is offering, which are worthwhile?
Harp and shield if you don't have the empy I'm pretty sure there are better options for every job. They are mainly there if you don't have a better 119 option and will last you till you do get something better.

Gridarvor (SMN staff) is a great -5 perp staff if you don't have a mythic

Sandung is only useful if you're not capping TH without it, there are better DD daggers.
According to the item page here, the GK is great if you dont need the accuracy from the shark GK.
SCH weapon is very nice for Regen spells, also not a bad nuking staff if you don't have one.

No and theres nothing on the crafted GK that could bring it close to tsurumaru the zanshin effect is that low it won't proc that much more than what a tsurumaru would get. Base rate is what 50% and add 5 more from merits and it goes down to 25% of your current rate for hasso and to get the large proc rate you need to actually miss hits which you shouldn't really plan for.
Deathlocke lives up to the promise of a viable weapon short of Pulfanxa and Vanir gun.

Depends on what you are doing and what WS you are using. If you are meleeing for tp Skirmish+2 with dmg and ws:dmg+ augments will beat deathlocke for last stand and doomsday with mab and ws damage+ augments will beat it for leaden. Neither of them are that hard to get really and if you are shooting for tp the delve 2 gun is better and again isn't hard to get.
