I've spent around 70 Imprimaturs through the Couriers Coalition and can't seem to get Levil to give me a Cut scene to progress to mission 3-1. Is this mission tied to Adoulin Fame or just Coalition rank? Can't seem to find any further information on this mission. Thanks.

Nope, have you tried just going to the airship waypoint for the next mission?

Maybe you got the cs and it was one of the super short ones and you just dont remember? I dont think I had to do more than 20 impiratarus to finish all of adoulins story.

I remember someone telling me that if you're supposed to be getting a mission CS, but it's not activating, you can try watching the last CS from the previous mission, and that'll get things back on track. I have nothing to support this claim, though.

first go by the eastern castle gates and get that cutscene if you didn't already. then go talk to Levil (after waiting a game day). Then go to the airship docks (on the main level, not the waterfront lower level)
