Errant Cape Synth Level

Hi all. I recently leveled cloth to 100 on my alt. Today, I grabbed 3 peace capes to roll the dice at a signed mahatma cape. For the synths I had ionis, advanced support, and coconut rusk on. On the first of the 3, I received 0.1 skill. Has this recipe been changed recently? Every online source is saying that the craft is level 100. Should this be 101?

It's very possible the cap was always higher than 100, but errant cape was a common synth to cap when the cap was 100 so discovery of a "true" number higher than that a) wasn't a priority and b) wasn't possible.

Easiest/cheapest way would be to get a lower level clothcrafter to attempt the synth and see at what level they can even attempt it, rather than keep seeing if you get skill ups as you level.

I t was possible. You will not be able to attempt a synth that is.. I think it is 15 levels above your current skill. So starting at 80 CC each lvl attempt the cape, and when it allows you to try add 15 lvls and that should be the cap.
