For the sake of recording some videos of old content, I want to delevel a job to 75. Suggestions for making the process as fast as possible? I was thinking auto RR atma + undead in Abyssea, though if anyone can offer a better suggestion I'd greatly appreciate it.

Honestly I think it'd be faster to make a new character and worm party your way to 75 than it would to delevel yourself.
I too have rose-tinted nostalgia glasses embedded into my eye sockets with this game, but even this seems a bit overkill of an objective.

If you have 1 Dollar more for 1 month you could level another character to 75 on your Account.

You lose 2400 at lvl 68+ when you die.
Based on the experience breakdown on wiki it would be like this

lvl 99-98: 23/24 deaths
lvl 98-97: 23 deaths
lvl 97-96: 22/23 deaths
lvl 96-95: 22/23 deaths
lvl 95-94: 22 deaths
lvl 94-93: 22 deaths
lvl 93-92: 22/21 deaths
lvl 92-91: 21 deaths
lvl 91-90: 21 deaths
15 more lvls to go

That's only to lvl 90 AND without any Bonuses, for example RR which gives you back Exp when you die. If you have Moghancement Experience you also lose less exp.

and then there is this:
Quote:
In Abyssea, EXP loss upon K.O. will be reduced by 10% for each "Abyssite of Lenity" the player possesses, up to 90% for having all 9 abyssites. These abyssite apply whether you return to your Home Point or are raised, but only while in Abyssea.

So the deaths given are way lower than they will be when you try it. And that's only to lvl 90

so let's assume you die and lose 2400 and when you RR you don't get exp back and get killed immediately when you get up.

Avergae time for RR to show as a menu: 3 Seconds
Animation time before you can get hit: 5 Seconds.
8 Seconds each death, which will bring this:

In the listing above i bolded the ones i used in this calculation:

197 deaths x 8 = 1576 seconds = 26 Minutes. Doesn't sound too bad actually.
Remember that isn't with ANY bonus that lowers your exp loss.

And if you lvl another character you have a mule more.

Might be quicker to set your homepoint at one of the HP's by the Wildskeeper reives and just repeatedly die and homepoint so you lose more xp per death then you would reraising.

Ha ! I was going to suggest that when I saw the thread on the posts list.

I would guess the two suggested methods depend on what you want to do during that time. Keep smashing one button several times a second while watching TV.... Or hit a button once and then pay attention long enough to steer your character into danger again.

Both have their pro's and con's as described in this very thread.

In Kamihr Drifts I'm only losing 600 EXP per death when I HP... This is really slow. Should I be doing this at a WKR specifically, or?
