adoulin on new pc wunt work...
hi, so i just bought brend new pc n just finished installing ffxi n all. on square enix management system it says that i have all the expension including adoulin (abyssea and adoulin are bough n installed without cd), when i get to log it in say that im missing adoulin...sound like i cant even buy it again from square enix management system since its saying i alrdy have adoulin. if anyone experienced that n know how to fix it would be awsome
It has it's own separate download and install. I'll see if I can find it hosted somewhere.

AMAZING that this is actually downloadable from the playonline website. When I called Square Enix for support, the girl on the call said "It looks like its already on your profile, so now you only need the actual game. Ask a friend for it so you can install it and continue playing."
Those were her exact words. I'm almost positive she had no idea the download was on POL. And if she did, she wasn't about to share those details with me.

They put it up for the free week, and I think they took it down for a little bit as the links didn't work one day but they were back up a few weeks later and have been since.
Probably wasn't privy to the information, and or was just the typical support stooge.

I've never called them, always use the live chat option, that way I also have a record.

just to make sure, it is normal that the 001 data taking like 1hour to load?

I mean it's a rather large file so it depends on your internet speed.
You may or may not need a download manager if you're trying to download it in your browser, and I just hope you're not using IE.
yeah the ffxisetup one didnt even took 10min but the data 001 is 1hour so i guess the 002 and 003 will be the same lol, and what is IE lol

As for the files, yeah: setup is small, the other 3 files are big, iirc 1 and 2 are the same size, and 3 is a bit smaller but don't quote me on that.
I wish they offered a torrent version, as then you wouldn't be limited by your browser/their servers, but hey.
