Same for me is happening to, no dmg/buffs/actions I do or are to me aren't showing up in any log, highly annoying. I went through everything in Config and couldn't work out the problem.

Anyone have any ideas or did SE mess summit up!!

disable battlemod or any other chat addons that you have enabled, fixed some of the issues for me.
