I don't know if it's Twitch or your upstream is really throttled, but the stream is painful to watch. Nonstop tearing and ridiculously low frame rates.
its twitch, works fine for clash of clans and cod / destiny but second i load up ffxi slows down, i'm messing w/ the FPS now to see what i can do
anyone else have fps dropping issues when playing FFXI , works fine for other games, giving me crap on ff tho whether or not i remove the native 30 fps limit and adjust either game or xsplit.
