Mind will be blown is Blade: Kamu becomes good, lets just keep spamming Blade: Hi cause that's getting a buff too amirite.

Maybe I can bring dnc to more than just DM or random D battlefields /yeahright.

99% acc for 1h weapons (assuming it applies to both hands) is about a global 2% damage increase for 1h weapon users. WS adjustments vary, BLU is getting the best by far if it works like I think it will.

I don't see confirmation one way or the other in english or japanese posts. "as a main weapon" doesn't necessarily mean "weapon in the main hand only", but hints at it nonetheless.

Your off-hand(sub) can't be equipped as your main weapon at the same time.

It would be the way Proth wants it to be if they had actually meant:

Also, a 95->99% global Acc adjustment wouldn't be a 2% increase in DPS. It would be a 4.2% increase in DPS for every job that can't force a 100% accuracy swing (THF).

Gotta think of things like Evisceration too. Before, we had a 77% chance of landing the first 5 hits. If the 99% carries over to WS acc, we'll have a 95% of landing the first 5 hits. Given this, and the boost to Rudra, and the boost to all dagger WSs on top of that, I'm rather pleased.

Guessing from the name(s). Shiva.

Granted Cait Sith seems like a more likely candidate for it I do find it odd that they would add something to all the original avatars then randomly throw in Cait Sith and forget Shiva.

You still have to be able to reach the accuracy cap for it to matter, did not need more lower content buffs.

lol I was about to said the samething, anyway I at the end of the post there is new acc food. Maybe it'll only affect 1hander and give it a bigger boost than what we use now.

If so that's huge for PUP. I stopped playing the job (which I love!) partly because the constant JA delay for maneuvers felt kludgy and affected its performance.

Just when I get out, they pull me right back in! LOL.

edit: confused why they are increasing the power and TP bonus of Rudra's Storm, though. Rudra's already has a heavy TP bonus. They risk it being OP.

Right. It'll be nice if it really is a removal of the JA delay but we'll see what they mean by it soon enough. If they do remove the JA delay from them completely I hope that the new Master/pet Acc food is enough to make up the rather large gap between player and pet accuracy so that the new 99% acc cap is actually reasonably obtainable otherwise we'll still only truly be useful on lower end content due to pet accuracy issues.
