Does anyone know of a weather checker npc or somewhere online to see the weather for the newer areas? I have searched everywhere and can't find anything.

There is a weather checker NPC in Adoulin: Inthius at F-9 Eastern Adoulin. Gives weather for all of the outdoor Ulbuka zones.
