Weird Error After September Update

Is anyone else getting this:

1st the PoL screen: login, network error 0011

Retry, it'll work. Get past the Pol stuff, get to the actual FFXI login screen... I forget the error here but same as the above, retry and sometimes it'll work...

Now on the character select screen... Try to login get the following: Error Code FFXI-3001- Connection timed out
This will happen on my main and sometimes my mules when I log them in

I really don't get what this problem is p_p. I was on today earlier but after I tried exiting WoE this ***occurred. I've reset my modem through Comcast as well as forcefully but I don't really think this is my connection; I'm running everything else normally... and I can (sometimes) log my mules in; but sometimes I can't... this is so weird. Help? :I

do a network test at the main screen, do a ping -t your router's IP while you do it, see if you are losing packets?
