For those that have been looking for the Mnemonic Pools to complete this quest here are the locations. I can only take credit for the last two (I haven't seen it posted anywhere yet)

Cirdas H-8 (Back track from Yorcia Frontier Station)
Yorcia J-9 (Upper left corner; just south of Frontier Station)
Kamihr G-8 (East side of the ridge near Outer Ra'Kaznar)
