FFXI Casino That Isn't Against TOS?

Right so, topic caught your attention but TL; DWR? Here it is for you:

. An FFXI Casino that isn’t based on Gil (to avoid RMT shenanigans etc. etc…); you’re given 1 daily bread (JP midnight reset I guess) that you can either save, or piss away.

That’s the gist of it. Now, if you wanna actually read thoroughly researched and read T.O.S, to understand where I’m coming from so you don’t sound like the usual peep on here, please keep reading~

3.6 Any Illegal Activities.
“You may not conduct any illegal activities whatsoever in connection with the Game. This includes every illegal activity not specifically highlighted above, including without limitation gambling, defamation, harassment and/or fraud.”

Kay. So, we can’t gamble with our gil. Y’know this same thing was in the Phantasy Star Universe® User Agreement, and they had the casino I’m describing in the above. Seeing as they(Square) need to keep players on the game, there should to be more types of entertainment on here that attract more than one group-type of players (people with linkshells that run events).
This is coming from someone who is fairly active as a player. It’s just that merit-fights in general are:
A. Repetitive
B. Lame
C. Irritating upon wipe
D. Disappointing when your stuff doesn’t drop/get out-lot because there’s no personal pools like in Skirmish.

You are given a silver coin once a day to spend as you see fit, OR gamble on the different types of games offered.

I know the casino thing has been brought up to death, and something like the above has probably been suggested, but I think working on something like this casino would help the game. I literally logged on to PSU even during the dying days just to gamble. There were many friendships formed due to the sociality opportunities provided during these bouts (Translation: I liked QQ’ing with company). Seeing as the player base nowadays is pretty clique-esque (LSonry), at least it would be something nice that casual and hard-core players could enjoy together.

P.S: I’m no genius. If there’s something in the User Agreement that directly puts this down, PM or just leave it in the topic. I’ll get around to deleting it sooner or later, or the mods will lol

P.P.S: Mummer's Coalition games suck.

We have something like that anyway.

It's that daily points thingy with the gobby that gives us 99% of the time useless junk and 1% of the time something good.

There are also those gambling tables we have, that no one uses. Plenty of them in Jeuno.

Is it a bad thing that this is my 1st reminder those gambling tables exist in about 5 years?

And as for the goblin box, I guess to some degree that IS like what i'm asking for, but at the same time, we all know it's BS; only mules win savory shanks(and login campaign has made them not worth a crap anyways). I meant an opportunity for fresh new items, like the Mummer's does every other update... so I guess this casino would be in connection with Mummer's.

People have running casinos for ages in jeuno and WG for very long periods and they have never been taken down.

Please re-read topic; it's more like thoughts for a better Mummer's coalition game and a new event that everyone can partake in without some whiney *** reporting cause they lost thier gil.

Pretty sure it's worded that you cannot gamble with anything, not just gil.

sounds like he wants something SE created not something player created, not my cup of tea but it won't happen anyway so who cares

if he is talking about a player casino, strictly adhering to the TOS by the literal definition has never been sufficient to stop a ban, though casinos don't seem to be a regular target
