Error 1706 Help

Hi guys want to ask if any one had any idea or may help my situation. I accidentally deleted some files from FFXI folder and when I run file checker and try to load the game I keep getting a little pop up window prompting to locate final fantasy xi.msi which is error 1706. I have looked over and over again through the files and there is not .msi file in there and the file checker is not updating the files I had accidentally deleted :/

any one know whats going on?

What about a full reinstall?

I would, had i not bought the game on cd's back in like 2004 and have moved so many times since then. and lost them somewhere along the line. The only thing ive bought with a digital copy was the SoA expansion.
