It's been up for a few days but w/e thought I would post it here for people and give a mini-summary.

*BLU spells will be adjusted in the same way WSs were in an upcoming patch.
Quote:
Adjustments to high level blue magic spells
To go along with the weapon skill adjustments that took place in the June version update, we’ve been looking into re-adjusting the blue magic spells that can be learned at high levels. We’ll be making an announcement in the coming days about when and what will be adjusted.

*The Sunbreeze festival will allow you to get Mumor and Uka. They will buff each other when summoned together.
Quote:
Additionally, alongside the Sunbreeze Festival as usual Mumor and Uka will make an appearance, and you’ll be able to obtain their alter egos. By summoning them both at the same time, the stats of the abilities they use will increase. Mumor’s samba effect duration will be increased and Uka’s waltz potency will be enhanced.

*Next patch is planned for mid-August and includes:
New Skirmish
New Missions
New Quests
New Zones
New Job Points
New variants of Alter Egos
New equipment swapping feature
Quote:
The next version update is slated for mid-August. This is a large-scale version update where we’ll be continuing the Adoulin storyline and opening up new areas.

In addition to this, we’ll be adding new battle content for Skirmish, adding new job point categories, introducing different versions of alter egos, implementing a new equipment swapping feature, and much more! I hope you are all looking forward to it.

One thing to take away from this is you may want to save your money if you planned on getting wailing stones. They might be upgrading the skirmish gear again meaning you will lose your augments.

I very much doubt this, the ilvl currently goes as high as 119, I can't see them suddenly making Skirmish the highest level stuff in the game, I can't particularly think what they would add though.

It's a big update though.

This may be the one that upgrades gear/weapons to ilvl 120+.

All I can see is accessories maybe. I really want them to just give us the armor with the augments we want but no chance that would happen lol. I've sworn off Skirmish gear because of all the gil wasted on crappy augments.

All i want, and i swear this, is that they fix the swaps.

Its pretty clear the HUGE advantage windower/gearswap users have over xbox or non windower/gearswap users. Its even unfair that.

And i really hope se can fix the native swaps so that we can make full swaps with a single line, so we can make, witht the restrict amount of lines the native macro has, precast, cast changes and magic/ra/ja/ws comamnd with a single button.

Accessories have generally been towards mission completions.

CoP rewards? Awesome (to this day still) rings.
WotG rewards? Awesome earrings (and meh rings).
RotZ rewards? Awesome earrings (at the time).

So far, we have had some pretty neat (only to reives) neckpieces from SoA missions/quests, and some neat backpieces from Reives.

I wouldn't doubt it if they still kept to weapons/armor in Skirmishes and left accessories to mission completion.

Windurst and Bastok WotG rings are still relevant to this day... The San d'Oria one, not so much.

Hey now. My Griffon Ring is a treasured reminder of that time I put a bunch of children's lives in danger for the sake of my Kingdom.

I never looked at it that way, especially considering the fact that .

*sigh*

Everyone wants to pick apart my one-off jokes this week.

And not only what's in your spoiler, but Exenmille just grows up to be a crappy Ballista NPC. What the hell, kid?

Lets not forget how awful that gear looks too, I don't care if you can /lockstyle it away or not.

SE can we get some new armor that reuses the spurrina/iaso/Khepri/Huginn/Tenryu armor models? :3
