JSE Weapon Question

Only win one of the 20SKCNMs on the "Difficult" can unlock jse weapon?

i won the battle on difficult but Oboro(npc) doesn't show me
a list of jse weapon.

Do i have to win Delve mega boss and Ark Angel2 on normal ?

he unlocked for me after a normal run from any of the high tier battlefields (not skcnms)

I helped a ls member with a skc20, and he could build his dagger, so im almost positive thats the only requirement.

Recheck if you in fact beat skc20 in difficult. Unless they changed this pos update, just that should be enough.

There's been a lot of reports both ways concerning SKC20s. Works for some, not others. Idk if it has anything to do with certain BCs, or if the person needing the clear must use the orb or not, though in my personal experience, using an orb for a D run for a friend that needed it didn't flag him. However, a quick N GK did.

Today i called GM. She/He is really nice.
GM asked me many qeustions.
- what is the last activity i did bfore talked to NPC Oboro?
- Do I activate some reforge weapons?
- Did I trade any weapons to NPC?
- What is the BCNM's name?

The BCNM that I won on difficult is Legion XI Comitatensis II
and I was the orb holder.

GM said she/he knows why i cant unlock the jse weapon, but
she/he cant tell me. GM suggest me to go to

If that matter, the skcnm 20 i did was amphibian assault (the one with sahagins, brd mnk drg whm), that is pretty easy. Dificult mode.

Well, when I first spoke to Oboro, I had never defeated a Delve boss (still haven't), I had won multiple Macrocosmic Orb battles on normal, one Macrocosmic Orb battle on difficult (someone else's orb), and I had only done AA fights on easy or very easy. Oboro hasn't given me any trouble. I've upgraded 3 JSE weapons so far.
