1.) Less than 10 exist.
2.) It is a T0 synth, so ~1/40 HQ rate.
3.) Rostrum crests are 5M each.

Edit: I'm being asked to give a price range. Given the cost and difficulty of HQ'ing this, let's start at 120M and go up or down from there, based on demand. Once again, thanks for the replies, both serious and not-so-serious. :P

It's a pretty awesome piece for WAR and NIN. It's slightly better than Qirmiz Tathlum for NIN, and it's the best Ukko's piece for WAR.
THF - Raider's Boomerang gives 3% DW, which is going to be competitive with this unless you're delay capped.
COR - Obviously going to be using gun/bullets
RDM - lol, who uses RDM?
DRK - No Crit WSs. Might be the best TP phase option for Ragnarok users.
RUN - Probably the best DD TP ranged/ammo for RUN right now, but what are you using it for?
If they had put DNC on it, I'd probably try to buy this at some point. They messed up, though!

Is the Crit Hit Damage+6 meaning 6% or just 6 damage added on top of the damage dealt?
The reason I ask is because "Magic Damage+XX" Just adds the straight damage on top of what it would normally hit for. Which isn't how a lot of people expected it to work to begin with.
It just throws me for a loop because the first line has a % and the second one doesn't. Ideally it should be a % but dealing with SE you can never know for sure without testing.

Well you figure NQ would be 5-6Million due material costs and rarity etc.
I sold mine for 70m. If that helps.

Oh well, I guess people have payed more then that for 1 str in the past.
Wanted section has people listing 50M, so the price won't be lower than that.

just saying its kind of ridiculous. If it was refresh in an ammo slot ok, but its 1% to both for 50m. Imo hq should increase the stats more then that or happen more often. Seems kind of unbalanced.

i would agree that hq should be more powerful or more common, but that has little connection to value, as with everything, it's worth what someone will pay. that means 1% is worth at least 50m.
Very worth it for THF since I use the Honed Tathlum way more than Raider's Boomerang nowadays and it's double the next best thing for Mercy Stroke. I'd throw myself in this but I have a harp to finish and my funds are starting to run low.
Qirmiz Tathlum is +5% crit damage and Attack +3. This item would give +1% crit damage in exchange for Attack -3 on Mercy Stroke. It's not *thaaat* great for MS.
A lot of people are just looking at the piece and not the rarity of it. It is tier 0 always

And 1% more dmg on the first hit of stacked MS compared to 3% DW...
So it is 5. I was under the impression that it was 3 for some reason.

meh, wait until next version update when its obsolete. will be a nice trophy tho, kind of like a cursed helm -1 when skilling up 7 levels below the cap.
grats, i don't think we've had even a NQ sell on our server legitly, just the crafter putting his own price up. I got mine but got my own mats. I like it on RUN and NIN
I just realized Rostrums are actually down to 1.8m each, not 5m as your post says, i suddenly don't want to pay 70m for this but i don't want to find a crafter willing to spam it either so i will pay 70m.
