Based off video definitions this will be covered but for concrete, make a deal of RoE.
Farming while you farm is a great "pick up and play" dynamic with end game rewards.
It helps filthy limited playtime casuals attempt to remain hardcore.

You should do a video on long-term goals for the newb.
Give them options as in:
1) Be the best at one or two jobs.
2) Goals for being the best at that job. A brief overview of TP/WS mechanics, Magic Att/Acc mechanics, Tanking roles, Buffing roles, and overall Defensive Roles
3) Have a side job for "just for fun" times.
4) Ultimate Weapons and how to determine the best of class.
Just an idea.
Give them options as in:
