Ilvl 119 Relics

Question regarding weather I could change from 1 weapon to another, if i havn't turned in any Plutons for the weapon I started.

On the 1st day I started H2H , not turning in any required of the 300, is there a way i can change that trial to my anni, or am i just stuck with H2H.

I was trying to figure out how to unlock the quest from the NPC, as I was equiping all weapons and trading and nothing happened, it somehow took my Apocalypse and said it was prepared to upgrade, that I just needed to trade the 300 plutons. After gathering 300 plutons I traded them and Annihiliator instead, and he just took the gun and upgraded it to iLVL119.

From Port Jeuno go down steps like you are going to Quifum. At the bottom in the corner is the NPC

The NPC's name is Oboro, Location: Port Jeuno - (E-6)
