I was factoring in the initial unskippable cutscene, deciding if you're gonna change your race/face/hair, and the fact that you have to get level 3 so you'll have points for an emperor band. If everything was already setup I'd agree 20 but I think 10 is more realistic from initial char creation.
Maybe other people in your LS have done something against TOS, and you've been nabbed by association? It wouldn't be the first time.
Maybe they should just stop beating around the bush and tell us what really happened.

1. You got caught AH Botting and NPCing (or they think you did this) 2. You fishbot(I think probably 50% of the "High End" active players left do this along with flee hacking) 3. You did something and aren't admitting it. Course of action>>>>call customer service and try to get the account back. IF that fails...quit and never look back.

Shouldn't be afraid to admit what it was at this point as an rmt ban is almost guarenteed (if not guarenteed) to be irreversible anyway. If you're EU, you can get it back by Tuesday. I had a friend who had his mule banned for RMT activity and he absolutely did not engage in such things. They just said the same thing every time he called and tried to have it reversed.

I've had to explain myself to GMs 3 different times but never got ban stick.
So, Calling SE is all you can do. Find out why. But sadly they can delete your character at anytime for any reason. So to bad so sad if nothing can be done.

If they ever ban me I will probably walk away and be reintroduced to reality. See that old friend the sun for a little and possibly get a couple of those RL friend things people are always raving about. This game is a pit that sucks you in and being banned could be a blessing in disguise for you. Yea it sucks and at first you will be angry. One day tho you will find something new to keep you busy. As for me, back to my basement room I go.

"C'mon we know you did it" "You're guilty!" "Just Take it cause we all belive you're lying". Yet only 1 person to say "Hey, I know this suxs and i feel for ya" lol no, I do this all the time. My friends mule actually botted this for almost a year straight constantly and never even got a suspension. I don't see any reason why OP would be lying, I have had a friend who got banned for the same reason(nothing at all).
Was the OP shouting/yellng in PJ for as long *** time trying to sell the pondweed? Sometimes you'll be banned for yelling/shouting for a very very long time. They'll think it's a bot selling RMT stuff.
No, I was in port j for 45 min. Only shouting every 5-10 min. I was watching NXT wrestling atm.
