Looking For NA Est Based LS

Hi all, a bit about me.

Usual play time: 4-5pm to 11:30 pm Mon-Fri, 8-9 am-12am weekends. My logon times can vary due to my work. Weekends occasionally have me busy with errands/Yardwork, but typically doesn't conflict too much with normal event times.

Most jobs @99 though quite a few are very lol geared/skilled.
Main Jobs: Paladin (Impossible to Gauge)
Samurai (quite good, Masa only 90 though)
Black Mage(Nares+Meteor ready)
Beastmaster (mostly used for dynamis)
Thief (decent gear, TH 7)

Main Craft: Goldsmithing 102

Currently seeking an EST based LS for Delve,Odin v2,Salvage v1,2, Limbus v2,etc. My current LS is largely EU based and as a result I miss raids/events for most of the workweek (M-F).
This LS is DKP and as a result, I basically have no chance of continuing to grow my jobs/gear,as there will always be someone else who wants with more points. However, if your LS is one with rules in place to only have your LS and no other I must pass. Although my current shell has me falling behind, they have helped me get quite a lot in the past,and as such am quite loyal to them, and refuse to toss the shell.
This shouldn't be an issue for most NA shells since event times won't conflict. (possibly weekends may if doing earlier raids).

Current goals: Burtgang (currently at 5k/30k Alexandrite, 50k/150k nyzul tokens, and i beleive 10-12/50 second time assaults.

Salvage gear +1: Ares+1 set (atm 15 bloodshed plans only)
Usukane Haramaki +1 (0/50 plans)
Skadi Jambeaux +1 (2/40 plans)

Delve ...all sorts of stuff

Odin V2 Laeradr set.

possibly could use Enif Corazza.
