As far as I know they dont do them anymore and replaced it with talking to the NPC and/or chest in the chateau in sandy

Yea, you just go to the capitol building in any city and talk to some NPC. Buy a ring for (I think) 150k, trade it to the chest then give it to the other person.

Or something like that, can't really remember.
