Ok so I can get this to work somewhat. I can do
/console send mule /ma cure main
and it works fine. along with haste regen refesh etc etc.

But if Try say
/console send mule /ma cure ii main

No go I've tried
/console send mule /ma "Cure II" main
/console send mule /ma "Cure_II" main
/console send mule /ma Cure II main
/console send mule /ma "CureII" main
and a bunch of other combos. No go any spell or ability that has more than 1 word I can't get to work.

Try with "" around the /ma line like this:

/console send mule "/ma "Cure IV" main"

Have you tried with just: /console send mule /ma cure4 main

That's spellcast syntax. You can put a number in without spaces. I'd imagine if you're using windower4 you could at least load spellcast. Maybe that'll work for now.

Yeah go to where you have your windower installed prolly programfiles(x86)/windower/plugins
then open the sttings folder and then right click on timers.xml open with notepad or wordpad(preferred) then find the line that says
<recastx>#</recastx>
<recasty>#<recasty>

x # is up and down y # is left to right
so just change and save unload and reload plugin till its in a good spot for you.

<t> will process as if you typed it on your mule's <t>, so it'll hit whatever your mule is targeting. You can kind of work around this using spellcast and a trigger spell, but you'd need to do it for every spell you want converted. There's a post somewhere on the windower forums on how to set it up, although I'm really hoping they can update send to support parsing <t> and having it work for mobs.

I have a few aliases I use with send to make dual boxing easier:

Hope this helps.

You cannot specify a mob exactly, but you can either use <bt> or /assist, followed by a short wait and then the command, depending on what you're trying to do. What exactly are you trying that doesn't work?

Assisting only works if your main is engaged. Is that the case? If not, you might need the <bt> method, although that only works reliably in a single party. You can use it if you time it right after a spell of yours lands.

Old question in the OP but in case anyone is still wondering, you can't use double quotes inside send. /consolse send mule /ma 'Cure II' name would be the proper format.

Blittzjr, make sure your alts account has the Send Addon turned on. I just tried this on my alt and worked fine.

As to other commands, use ' instead of "

example: /console send mulename /ja 'Spectral Jig' <me>

Did the little mini-update the other night break this? Until last night it had been a good year since the last time I tried this addon but no matter how I type in my macro I can not get this to work.

Working for anyone else right now?

Works fine for me. Make sure you use shortcuts on your mules and don't use any double quotes in your macros. Should look like this:

/console send mulename /ja Spectral Jig <me>

--or--

/console send mulename /ma Cure4 mainname

Edit: Shortcuts is an addon in case you weren't aware.

Should be, yeah.

IIRC that default list is just the automatic aliases that spellcast used to have.

Anyway, the Send addon relies on IPC. Windower's IPC implementation occasionally runs into initialization problems that either result in no communication or one directional communication. It's difficult to replicate, IPC is complicated, and thus the problem is difficult to debug. Fortunately, there's one common solution to the vast majority of IPC problems.

The solution to pretty much every problem you ever have with Send is to shut down your clients and restart them.

This causes IPC to fully re-initialize and probably fixes whatever problems you were having (unless something goes wrong again).
