Not directly Blutkrallen related, but figured I'd throw this in here: I've been wondering how added effects like that work lately. I've been noticing that the Haste on Oynos Knife hardly ever procs in Adoulin whereas in Dynamis it still procs within a minute (eyeballing). Made me wonder if they have higher m. eva or something that prevents the added effect from triggering (if that even remotely makes sense).

For what its worth, Recently went to farm some mobs there, I have noticed both Haste(Oynos) and Poison(Mandau) Procing on Normal Mobs in Adoulin, But i don't recall this happening inside Reives.

Though I do believe it can, I just cant recall it

Pretty certain additional effects on weapons have always scaled with the targets level, Everything in Adoulin is Tough and higher, compared to dynamis which is mostly EP and DC.

Attack down on my Amano procs on Ig-Alima, so idk about that assumption. Isn't he still the highest level mob in the game, except the new Narkaal things?

I've been using Blutkrallen to farm Dynamis coins on PUP, and the def-down proc is fairly uncommon even against EP mobs, while in Abyssea, def-down procs quite often, sometimes every attack round.

In Adoulin, def-down proc has not happened yet, so maybe the assumption that additional effects on weapons scale with target Level has some merit... or maybe Blutkrallen proc is character stat dependent, the way the proc triggers in Abyssea.

...or maybe some Blutkrallens are made in China ^_^

I know its based on enemy resistance, and Higher Level Enemies have higher resistance for obvious reasons.

But i think even resistances included, This:

Is plain ridiculous. DEF Down being a Wind Based debuff, Perhaps its having trouble procing on the Bees/Butterflies (Assuming Butters are Wind based)... Chapuli, IDK. Perhaps its Wind too, though I'd guess earth

I've had Oynos Knife proc constantly during countless Reives with little effort, it's just you.

Also, fun fact: Knotted Roots are Plantoids, saw one intimidate a Nursery Nazuna.

One of their TP moves inflicts Choke and they seem to be sort of Ninja inspired, so wind is a strong possibility (also considering the Vermin zone boss is wind-based).
