Can someone answer the question about whether or not we can warp to all these founts as well as using them for the quest please?

You can warp to and from the waypoints, i.e. norg, rabao.
You can only warp TO, and not FROM, the geomagnetic founts, i.e. ule range, boyahda, etc.
Both waypoint and fount require that you activate them first, and both require kinetic units to use.

I think they mean the new founts. I activated the Ranguemont Pass one for the unlock quest but am unable to warp to it from either the waypoint in Lower Jeuno or the proto-waypoint in Ru'Lude Gardens. Is it the same for everyone else?

Yeah I was referring to the new ones. I don't have seekers yet but was excited at the prospect of getting 18 new warps.

Thanks to this thread. Easiest way to save 1 mil, Use Sandy T4 Voidwatch Teleport to Tomb, walk over to K6 to the big tree. Profit.

As of right now, you can not warp to or from these points. Also you can only record one at a time for the NPC.
The fact that you can repeat it is unclear and especially once every real life day.
If any of these points need to be corrected please let me know.

Sorry but I am not sure where you got this from, but I just found the correct spot at (G-12) by the Strange Apparatus on Map 1.
