Scratched the stupid comment. I was basing this on really old markets.
Material cost and relative inability to sell NQ result in a cost of well over 100m to make a pair on average. I wouldn't expect to find a pair from a smart seller for under 200mil, there are plenty of people who can and will buy at that price.

On our server the Ormolu are up to 5M. Really starting to hate Shiva :(

Ormolu's are 6m a pop on ragnarok(though price seems to be falling thanks to everyone server jumping to sell them here).
Brass is 300k
Pelt of Dawon is 600k
and while black sollerets are only 20k on the ah, they never sell and you'll have to have them crafted or make them yourself. materials are 120k a synth IF you could ever get kunwu sheets or ore. Again you'll probably have to shout to buy cloud evokers to get in to the bahamut fight to get them. So the real cost of these is likely a mil or more.
Between a total lack of material availability, high skill requirement and high competition of materials between various crafts for these... I can't see anyone letting a pair go for cheap unless they just got lucky in obtaining a material set.
Roughly 13-14 mil a synth on ragnarok atm.
To be quite honest, most hexed pieces for 99.9% of the populace will have to wait for SE to add additional sources of these rare materials.

yeah, someone paid 250M for a pair on our server not too long ago off the Auction House. Guy must've really wanted them.

For all the times you had setbacks skilling up (losing 10M over 0 skillups then people asking you to synth them 20 reraise earrings to make them gil) Gratz on it finally paying off. For the record, if I could buy the next pair for about 235 mil cheaper I'd appreciate that :D
