I have been looking at the do Desultor Tassets with barrage aug. and wondering if they grant barrage for jobs non RNG. Thanks for any input.
They will enhance barrage should you be /rng.

The funny part is, if they DID give you access to Barrage, since you only have Barrage+1, you'd still only shoot 1 ammo.

Snapshot is essentially ranged haste and recently they cut ranged delay nearly in half, short answer with enough stacked on it makes a difference.
Just remember: Preshot - Midshot, you only need the snapshot gear on before you start your attack then can switch to your normal TP set in the middle of your shot.
