Enhancement Skill Lvl

Really curious about how is the ratio (if theres any) between native enhancing magic skill lvl and light arts'd enhancing magic lvl. Been skilling up enhancing, got 5 lvls and seen no change on enhancing skill lvl with lights arts on. 284,85,86,87,88 and enhancing with gears and light arts still stays at 467. So, is there a ratio or is there a glitch on my char? lol help ty

That link doesn't explain it, unless I'm skimming too fast.

When you get within a certain range(I want to say it's 34 off cap, but I could be horribly wrong) each skillup increases your light arts skill as well until you hit cap.

I think people only really care about this while they're still under the cap. I was trying to come up with some kind of formula to handle all cases (including Melee/SCH) but it didn't seem obvious at all to me. Eventually my stuff got capped and I stopped caring.
