Tell Me Why My Last Stand Blows

I know my gear is far from ideal. I'm currently working my SCH up to have a desirable job for Neo-Nyzul to start shooting for Thaumas gear, so please don't berate me for that (only jobs atm are BLM RDM WHM RNG). I have 4 upgrades into Last Stand. I'm lacking some meds but I do usually get cor rolls (very rare that I get stuck in blm parties thankfully). Basically, I'm looking for glaring mistakes in my gear. So tear me up.

Well, each upgrade increases damage output substantially, so yeah, not sure why'd you even ask for advise without 5/5'ing it first, such an obvious upgrade to output.

Other than that, can look at my item sets, if they aren't the best their not far off.

tp sets are with annihilator (you haven't asked for tp sets but if you look those up additionally, may not do so well with your weapon) tho so, yeah, anni not showing up on your profile so I'll assume you don't have one.

It's a killstreak ruiner, why why why did they let them now have shotguns etc idk.
