Empyrean Aftermath

Hello,was curious to know,since i haven't found nothing around the forums,if verethragna aftermath can proc on both hands or not.
I think i readed up somewhere,that spharai odd can proc only on 1 fist,so was pretty curious if anyone know anything about this matter.
Would be nice if you guys know about 2 handed empyrean as well,should proc on any hits in that case,but not sure,maybe like,cant proc on DA TA QA attacks as well in that case,any info or redirect to another thread if there are any info about this will be very much appreciated.

I may be incorrect, but I do believe it's only one punch.

2 handed emp aftermath can proc on DA/TA ect.

Unlike Relics, Empyrean double damage can proc on any additional hits (Double Attack, Triple Attack, Zanshin) initiated by the weapon. It cannot proc on Counter, and again Verethragna is strange in that it can only proc on one of the hands.

orz,i thought spharai was the one that could proc only on 1 punch,but,are you sure it cannot proc on counter?i think i saw some anomal counter dmg whit vere,thought it was aftermath proc.So it only proc on 1 punch,and cannot proc on kicks,and nor on counter? but at least DA TA proc on that punch should still proc?

I'm not sure what you saw, but depending on how many/where it was it could be explained by some Perfect Counter counterattacks that crit, especially if in Abyssea. I can't think of any specific kinds of numbers, but I do know that I giggle like an idiot sometimes when they're extra hard-hitting.

I've always wondered if Verethragna only worked on the offhand hits just so it would not affect counters.

While we are at it! Anyone know/tested if aftermath can proc on barrage? >.>

i know it procs with emperyan AM up.

Empy Bow/Gun can't have ODD proc on barrage, they said. Check RNG forum about Gandiva vs Yoichi.

So would abnormaly high barrage #'s be do to crit hits? (talking like 2-3k higher then normal)

Well ranged crit is simply amplifying the damage by 81.25% (45% dead aim and 25% regular ranged crit rule), so close to 2x damage.
And I believe that if barrage scores a crit, it means all hits are critical.

barrage crits do over 6000-10,000 damage outside of abyssea with the RELIC gun or RELIC bow. When the first hit ODD procs, then all of them do. It does not work with empyrean. 2k barrage damage is normal and that is not an ODD hit.
