Exp (leech)ing Advice (Can I Have It?)

Hi,
I am a returning player to ffxi.. Just starting to get the hang of things again. Things certainly have changed.
My HL character from before was a 41 PAL ..
Since I have come back I have leveled DNC and WAR to 49 and am now working on SAM at 57 rt now.
I have so far figured out the Gusgan mines and Crawlers Nest Sync party leveling .. but at this point the Crawlers nest parties are getting harder to find and the leveling is really slowing down.
I am excited to see new content and even willing to pay for leeching rights in Abyssea but I wouldn’t know what to do even if I paid for it.
Another thing is I will be stopping every 5 levels to limit break etc.
I found a friendly LS that has been helpful with my limit breaks thus far but as for leech opportunities not so much.
Could someone tell me what to expect and how I would get prepared to take advantage of the leech groups that shout in Jeuno? Can I make that work in-betweens limit breaks? Is there another solution for exp that I am missing out on?
Or does anyone know if there are any English speaking leech groups or guilds that might work with me?

Bostaunieux Oubliette from lvl 62, I think
Can stay there till lvl 72.

From then on you can do worms in Abyssea La Theine
Once u have access to Aby Altepa, make a run for Flux 8 and activate it
There u can do Dominion ops (take page 1) at Dominion Sergeant
Kill 5 dolls in alliance , get 5K exp, repeat
