Mystic Fragment

Less than 3k bynes till the Spharai are finished, and I still need to obtain the fragment. I've attempted this mob on several different occasions but no luck. Does anyone have a recommended setup they used to defeat the Animated Knuckles? Last attemp consisted of 2x THF/DNC and a BST/DNC, went through us like candy.

WHM and MNK or THF ought to be fine.

healer + DD should be able to take it out np. frags are a joke now.

I barely managed to kill the dagger with an Ukon WAR, NIN and BST. They still have a lot of output, so it's dangerous to underestimate it.

A WHM would probably change the outcome of that fight.

the accuracy on those weapons are terrible, im not sure why the thf's went down so hard. i ws dnc/blm (dont ask) against the greatsword and he only hit me with 1 scourge. which would have ended me if not for fan dance x.x. also bst should also have no trouble with the right pet

About to try again, bringing a WHM this time.

Nin/Dnc can solo animated knuckles, you however need to keep shadows up all the time, 1 final heaven could me Game over for you.

Just dropped it with extreme ease MNK THF SAM and WHM, decided to go ahead and get everyone elses fragment. Great Axe was easy, Scythe proved to be a little challenge skillchained on me. Moving to Kunais now. Preciate the tips guys
