Happened to notice whenever I went to check off some assaults that the zones are showing as like Vunkerl Inlet S, Dynamis - San'd'Oria, etc. Anyone else notice this?

Yes... and when you look up items, the vendors are shown to be in random zones. It's been like this for a couple days.
