If anything, I can find this as something to chuckle about and knuckle the ol' scruff, but I cannot support it based on my morals. Still pretty funny, though.

Spoof or not, and I do suspect it is a spoof, it requires two things to get that refund. The second is that you make enough to pay INCOME tax.

If it does pass expect the Koch bros to instantly grow 'staches.
