Looking at this TP set, SJ war, triple attack and DW3 set for the sake of argument:

Do you think its worthwhile to switch out rancor neck for tiercel, hasty pinion will add another hit required to 100% tp so I left it out. Not going to consider any haste +4% hands at this point.

I have zelus and Emp+2 body/head to work with also.

Dusk +1? Also Athos's Boots/Tights are a good upgrade. And Zelus tiara

You should really reconsider that. Dusk +1 is ridiculously cheap now. Not using them for anything less than Nomkahpa is questionable at best and even that is often a downgrade.

Current set:

Once Neonyzul gear is more readily obtainable, TP gear may get pretty situational. Thaumas gear has some really powerful stats, but your DEX (and thus potentially your critrate) takes a big hit by using them. There's still the unquantified set bonus though...

Tentatively, I'd say this will probably be the best set in most hitrate capped situations if you include Nyzul gear:

There's room for variation depending on buffs, dDEX, fSTR, pDIF though.

Rancor Collar instead of Portus in both sets whenever able.

I am aware of the dusk+1 and athos improvments.

A simpler way to ask:

Is it likely that crit rate +5% better than haste +1 @ 24%

What swords are viable for BLU? ToM/non ToM?

I hate doing ToM, waiting for weather/days is just... the worst. Doing VNM T3's isn't much better.

Obviously Almace, but other than that...

That haste sword from Aello? Swiftwing and Ephemeron. Definitely not Dhampyr sword.

STR ftw and an AGI Shikargar for an evasion build are good. ToM are pretty fast at 99 I built 2 shamshir +2 AGI swords in 4 days.

Easily. Not a whole lot you can really do as far as dropping haste in BLU TP builds.

This is my current tp set. Still no luck with tocis or athos tights. I have oce helm +1, dusk gloves +1, and twi belt. Wondering if there is a more worthwhile combo on gear i could use for tp now instead of what i'm currently using. Tbh didn't really check to see whether the added stp helped with cutting an attack round or not just kinda tossed it together. lol

What is this TP set for? Head > mavi+2/Ocelomeh if you're benefitting from the dex/agi (hybrid evasion set) and don't need the accuracy, waist > Twilight belt, Neck > Rancor Collar (if the +DT won't kill you, otherwise the next best option is Portus Collar - what is this fascination with Z tiara), if accuracy still capped use the dusk gloves.

Buuuuump.

Any obvious improvements I'm missing for this set, assuming acc is capped?

Also, preferably without rancor stuff, but if we do count that, would mantle be better than atheling?

4/5 thaumas+chapeau since you can get one you can get the rest, and if you're gonna use a rancor item pretty sure you'd use collar with atheling.

Edit: Brutal on the left.

Wouldn't suggest Athos over Ocelomeh +1 unless dDEX is already capped.

All of it here

Seems like you'd be better off using mavi head, or something with 6+ haste since chapeau would only give you 25%, and you need 26% to truly cap. Plus the stats on mavi head are much better than 8 STR.

Edit: or what proth said.

How the fork did I miss that thread.

Ok then, I'll go with what I use now + oce+1 head until I get more thaumas then I suppose!

Anything new for BLU TP sets, for a BLU that doesn't have access to Neo gear?

Enif Cosciales and Gambieras, maybe. Wouldn't go out of my way to get either one though unless the Cosciales have a large amount of Fast Cast. What little new stuff there was of interest was primarily for non-physical sets.

Cosciales are technically inferior to mavi tayt +2 for tp. Hands are the only piece that would be worthwhile for someone who doesn't have access to NNI gear, but can get voidwatch stuff.

Plenty of the crafted gear is ok, the mage set has 3 or so pieces worthwhile for nukes and cures. The dux set is mostly all good for PDT.

There's a full review of what the pieces are good for in the BLU guide at the top of the BLU forum, also linked 2 posts above yours.
