I have heard that the true haste cap is greater than 25% haste but not quite 26% either, so the reason why it would matter to me is this:
Would the 0.1~0.9% haste from AF3 hands+2 be better than the 14 extra attack on Melee gloves +2(21 atk vs AF3 +7atk H2h skill +7) ?

Ganarsha mask is not an option for me atm, so on the basis of these 2 options, which would you assume or know to be better?
Gonna come to another situational battle with lower lvl mobs Melee with higher lvl Tantra but that my opinion.
It depends on your other gear for H2H tiers. It's a reasonable option until you get Ganesha's if you're low on attack.

Or the exact opposite, you know.

I typically use red curry and am going to revert back to Potestas bomblet. I use a mars ring and Acc+8 atk+8 collar (forgot the name, im not on game atm.) All other gear is AF3, BB, Atheling mantle... you know, that supper un-common gear that no one else uses? :)

If you're afraid of rancor, faith will prove better in your case. Epona's/Rajas unless you really really need acc, which you shouldn't.
I use mars for the 8 atk, To be frank, the escort mission for CoP makes no sense to me, ive attempted to do it and just failed. So i settled for a mar's ring.

How doesn't it make sense? Touch the thing and spawn Quasilim, follow it and make sure it doesn't die. When it reaches its destination, talk to it to open the gate.
